01Who provides the service
The site delcmed.md belongs to DELCMED S.R.L., a medical practice at 70/A Nicolae Testemițanu St., Soroca, Republic of Moldova.
By using the site or booking online, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please contact us by phone instead of using the form.
02Using the site
The site may be used freely, for information and for bookings. Please do not:
- make false bookings, or bookings on someone else's behalf without their consent;
- attempt to access the doctor's portal or the database;
- send automated requests that needlessly load the server;
- copy the content to publish it elsewhere without our agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings that appear to be made in bad faith and to limit access from addresses that abuse the system.
03Online bookings
A booking made through the site is confirmed immediately: the slot is reserved the moment you receive your booking code. Do not wait for a confirmation call.
- Only consultations can be booked online. Procedures — injections, casts, physiotherapy — are arranged with the doctor after the examination.
- Bookings need at least one day's notice. For urgent same-day situations, call 079 797 803.
- The details you enter must be real and correct. A wrong phone number means we cannot tell you if something changes.
- For a minor patient, the booking is made by a parent or legal guardian, who accompanies them to the consultation.
The reserved time is indicative. An emergency arriving before you may delay the schedule; in such cases we let you know as soon as we can.
04Cancellation and no-shows
Cancellation is free. We only ask that you let us know at 079 797 803 at least 24 hours beforehand, quoting the code you received. The freed slot returns to the calendar immediately, for another patient.
We charge nothing for a no-show. Please still tell us: an uncancelled slot means another patient who could not be booked in.
05What the site does not replace
The information on this site is general and informational. It describes the practice's services and is not a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a remote consultation.
Do not start or stop a treatment based on what you read here. For any health problem, see a doctor.
In an emergency — serious injury, open fracture, bleeding, loss of consciousness — call 112 or go straight to the Emergency Unit. Do not use the booking form.
06Prices and payment
The site does not process payments. We do not ask for card details and charge nothing online.
Prices are given by phone or at reception and may vary with the medication used and the extent of the injury. Payment is made at the practice, after the consultation or procedure.
07Copyright
The texts, photographs of the practice, logo and structure of this site belong to DELCMED S.R.L. You may read them and share them by link, but not republish or use them commercially without our written agreement.
08Limitation of liability
We try to keep the information on the site correct and current, but cannot guarantee it is complete at every moment.
We are not liable for site outages caused by the hosting provider, the external services we use, or your own connection. If the booking system is down, you can call us any time during working hours.
Nothing in this paragraph limits our liability for the medical care itself, which is governed by health legislation.
09Changes
We may update these terms when the way the site works or the legal requirements change. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top. We suggest re-reading it from time to time.
10Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any disagreements are settled amicably; failing that, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
